Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. For individuals/personal purchases, we will ship to your credit card billing address only.

If you have applied and been approved for net terms, you may select net terms during checkout. If you would like to apply for net terms, please complete and return the credit application (PDF). Please note, net terms are only available for accounts within the USA.
Monthly finance charges of 1.5% will be applied to past due invoices. Minimum finance charge of $1.00 applies.

Money Orders & Checks
We accept United States Postal Money Orders and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10-30 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

SHIPPING
DOMESTIC - USA - SHIPPING
Freight is FOB Origin - Prepaid & Add. This means that your actual shipping fees will be added to your order total.
Shipping Time
Most orders received before 3:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
Shipping Methods
We ship via FedEx, USPS, FedEx Freight, and ODFL within the USA. For International orders please see below for more information.
For shipments via LTL freight, an extra fee is added by the carrier for limited access or gated, appointment or liftgate deliveries. Letting us know of any delivery requirements at time of order will prevent charges after delivery. LTL Freight Shipments: If the LTL company charges an additional accessorial delivery fee, this fee will be charged to your original payment method for this order.
Individuals & Personal Purchases
For individuals/personal purchases, we are only able to ship to the billing address on your credit card.
APO/FPO/DPO Military & Diplomatic Addresses
We ship via USPS to military and diplomatic addresses. Make sure you include the unit and box numbers, for APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses (if assigned). To prevent mail from entering foreign mail networks, do not include city or country names in APO/FPO/DPO shipping addresses.
Collect Shipping
We can ship collect using your FedEx or UPS account number for orders shipping within the United States of America. Please select Collect Shipping during checkout and provide your collect account number. You will be responsible for all fees incurred for shipping your order. Shipping via UPS Collect will require UPS pickup fees to be charged to your UPS account. Should your account number be rejected, incorrect or charged back to our account, we will charge your payment method for this amount along with chargeback fees. There will be an additional order processing fee of $6.00 charged to your order for any order shipping collect.
Backorders
In the rare circumstance that an item is out of stock, we can hold the order and ship complete or ship it as available, which will incur additional shipping charges. During checkout, you will need to select to ship the order complete or ship as available to inform us how to handle any backorder shipments that may arise. Shipping fees are collected for the amount that the carrier charges Ideal Supply Inc to ship your order & any backorders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
FOB Origin Prepaid & Add Incoterms
This means that your actual shipping fees will be added to your order total. The recipient is responsible for customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes on shipments are legal requirements that must be settled before your shipment can be delivered. If you select to ship via the postal service, we are unable to refund or cancel any order due to late or non-delivery. Please select UPS or FedEx delivery for complete insurance during transit.
If an export license is required, this will delay your shipment 2-16 weeks, and is determined by the US Department of Commerce. You may be required to complete additional paperwork such as an End User Certificate.
Ex-Works Incoterms
- You, as the buyer, arrange the pickup of the freight from our designated ship site, own the in-transit freight, and are responsible for clearing the goods through Customs. You, as the buyer, are also responsible for completing all the export documentation required.
- We, as the seller, will email you the box weight and dimensions when your order is ready for pickup along with the pickup address.
We will be unable to ship collect on your carrier’s account (e.g.- UPS account). Ex-Work incoterms requires you to arrange all shipment, export and delivery details.
International Orders Ex-Works Incoterms are available for orders that ship outside of the United States of America. "ExWorks (EXW): the seller fulfills his obligations by having the goods available for the buyer to pick up at his premises or another named place (i.e. factory, warehouse, etc.). Buyer bears all risk and costs starting when he picks up the products at the seller’s location until the products are delivered to his location. Seller has no obligation to load the goods or clear them for export." (referenced from http://www.export.gov) Buyer is responsible for filing necessary applications and paperwork for export with the U.S. Department of Commerce.
International Forwarding Services
For customer's that prefer to ship their product to a company that will handle your exports, we suggest signing up for a professional package forwarding service. We recommend Shipito for international customers. They arrange shipping from the USA on your behalf by providing you with a secure address in the USA. They will receive your shipments, notify you and ship it to you per your instructions. This allows you full control of your shipments. There are no sign up or set up fees with Shipito . (Please note that Ideal Supply Inc. is not affiliated with Shipito . All Shipito questions, concerns or claims must be handled with Shipito directly.)
It is the buyer's responsibility to know the buyer's country guidelines before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any returns, seizures or delayed services.

Transit Time
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Ideal Blasting Supply or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments must be reported to Ideal Supply Inc within 3 business days of receipt. Please report damage immediately with the carrier prior to signing for the shipment and do not discard damaged shipments. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve this issue or send replacements of damaged or lost items.
EXPORTING
Export Administration Regulations (EAR) & International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR):
These items are controlled by the U.S. government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
RETURNS
Please contact us at 1-800-533-0144 or sales@idealblasting.com prior to returning items so we may assist you with a credit, refund or exchange.
There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returned items. Any item being returned must be in sealed, new and unused condition. Items must be returned within 30 days. Special order, non-stock, UAVs and closeout items are not eligible for returns. Kits, custom and closeout items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For orders placed online, please login to your account and under order history, you may request a return authorization.
If Ideal Supply Inc makes a mistake in the shipment, please contact us so a correction can be made.
WARRANTY
We will gladly accept the return of products that are malfunctioning due to manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Ideal Supply Inc offers all manufacturers warranties. Ideal Supply Inc products are warranted for 30 days against manufacturer defects. All products are acquired and sold either in a sealed container or under circumstances in which Ideal Supply Inc has been afforded no reasonable opportunity to inspect the product. Ideal Supply Inc. has not damaged, mishandled or altered any product and does not consent to any alteration or modification of any product.
Note: By accepting shipment from Ideal Supply Inc dba Ideal Blasting Supply, you agree that the proper location of any legal action necessary under this agreement shall be in the courts in Buncombe County, NC under the laws of North Carolina.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ideal Supply Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Special order or made to order items can not be cancelled once ordered.
