The BEX ANFO Loader is a compact, high-performance venturi/pneumatic jet ANFO loader, engineered for fast, high-density loading in small to medium boreholes. Powered by compressed air, this lightweight unit supports true one-man operation, making it ideal for mining, quarrying, and blasting operations where speed, reliability, and simplicity are essential.
Utilizing a rapidly moving air stream, the BEX ANFO Loader draws ANFO from the hopper and delivers it through an anti-static loading hose at high velocity. This process fractures the prills upon impact, resulting in dense, uniform ANFO loading that helps reduce misfires, improve fragmentation, and lower overall blasting costs. It allows for boreholes to be loaded in any orientation, including vertical up-holes.
Designed and manufactured in Canada, the BEX ANFO Loader is a modern replacement for obsolete Penberthy loaders, providing enhanced performance with minimal maintenance and no field adjustments required.
The BEX ANFO Loader is available in three models to suit different borehole sizes. Ejector elements are easily interchangeable:
