The Ruhl ALTI Houly is a professional forcible-entry tool designed for military and law enforcement breaching applications. Designed for both inward- and outward-opening doors, including high-security and hurricane doors, the Houly combines a compact collapsible design with an integrated pike for working with locks encountered during entry operations.
When used in conjunction with a compatible ram, Ruhl states that the Houly provides an additional 3,500 lbs. of pressure. Its telescoping design extends from 18.25 inches to 28.5 inches for additional leverage while remaining compact for transport and storage.
