The Ruhl ALTI Push Button Bolt Cutters are a compact, extendable cutting tool designed for professional military, law enforcement, tactical, and forcible-entry applications. The tool is intended for cutting wire, mesh, bolts, and padlocks while remaining compact enough for transport in breaching and entry kits.
Ruhl states that with approximately 56 lbs. of hand pressure, the bolt cutters can yield approximately 4,500 lbs. of cutting force. The push-button extension system allows the handles to collapse to 21 inches for storage and extend to 29.5 inches when additional leverage is required.
