The Ruhl ALTI Folding Bolt Cutters are a lightweight, compact cutting tool designed for professional military, law enforcement, tactical, and forcible-entry applications. Their folding design allows the tool to be stored in a significantly shorter configuration while still extending quickly when additional leverage and cutting force are required.
The folded handles are secured with hook-and-loop material to help keep them quiet during transport while still allowing rapid deployment. The cutters extend from 15.75 inches folded to 26.25 inches for use and provide a maximum cut diameter of 3/8 inch.
